Deutsches Haus, or The German House, is a landmark project of Germany in Vietnam and the Southeast Asian region. It represents a strategic and friendly cooperation between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Deutsches Haus is a high-class Grade A+ office building with a LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The building offers 30,000 m2 of net leasable area to the office leasing market with 4 basements and 25 floors above ground. It is also home to the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ho Chi Minh City.
