Currently, there are many types of materials on the market, floor waterproofing or waterproofing for concrete roofs, as well as many different waterproofing construction methods. The roof floor is subject to a lot of the effects of temperature, sun, wind, and rain, so it is very susceptible to water penetration. At the same time, the concrete is subjected to thermal shock due to sudden rain and sun, which should cause concrete cracking.
TCBM would like to introduce measures, waterproofing products BITUM PRIMER 7151 water-based imported from Canada. Products are used for waterproofing roof floors, and terraces with all the following criteria: good quality, 20-30 years of waterproof durability, and reasonable price.
Introduce Bitum Primer 7151
Bitumen Primer 7151 is a waterproofing layer with the main component being Bitumen, water-based with absolute waterproofing ability, sealing cracks, and cracks, on concrete surfaces. The product is used as a standard layer in waterproofing and coating for floor construction on absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.
Instructions for waterproofing concrete roofs with effective 7151 Bitumen Primer
Use glue as a waterproofing mix to cover concrete or brick walls. The glue also acts as a primer for porous surfaces before waterproofing with an emulsion screen and stainless emulsion resin 7101 7502.
Preparation
Make sure the surface is free of cracks, grease, or dirt. If the surface is too dry, it can be moistened with water before application to ensure better adhesion.
Construction characteristics
The glue can be diluted up to 25% with water if permeability or a thinner thickness is required. Coverage and dilution ratio will lead to different coverage densities, averaging 2m2 for 1 litter of product applied.
Advantages
- Easy to apply (roller or brush).
- Excellent adhesion to absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces.
- Can be applied on damp surfaces but does not reduce adhesion.
- Resistant to water penetration.
- Can be diluted with water.
- Improves tensile strength and adhesion.
- Resistant to heat and frost.
- Prevent dust.
